Donations Are Welcome
A great deal of work goes on behind the scenes to keep the company operating efficiently and at its best. One of the most time consuming areas is that of fundraising. The company receives very little money in the way of state and federal funding, and must rely heavily on its own fundraising activities to raise enough money to pay for the facilities and training needed to be ready to respond when a fire or other emergency occurs.
Donations: If you are unable to volunteer, but would like to help the Central Valley Fire Company in its mission, you may donate monetary funds! We utilize these funds to maintain our emergency apparatus and facilities. You may make a secure donation online through our website or send us a check through the mail! All donations are tax deductible and your contribution will be recognized during the next Company Meeting unless you would like to remain anonymous! Make a Donation Online!
The Central Valley Fire Company also accepts donations for Training!! If you have an old or disabled vehicle you can donate it to the CVFC as a tax deductible donation. This vehicle will be used to train for MVA extracations and will be disposed of by CVFC when no longer effective as a training aid.
